My favorite part of planning travel isn't making reservations—it's discovering what makes each trip
meaningful for the people taking it. My second favorite part is hearing about their trip when they return.
I enjoy learning the history of a destination, finding neighborhoods that feel authentic, choosing hotels for their location instead of just their star rating, and helping travelers experience places in ways they might never have discovered on their own.
Europe is where I spend much of my planning time, but my approach for all my trips is the same: listen first, recommend thoughtfully, and design every trip around the traveler rather than a template.
